Phylicia Ross, CAE has been a dedicated association professional, serving as the Member Engagement and Chapter Support Manager of the AGO since 2022. With a strong commitment to fostering community and organizational growth, she focuses on membership retention, recruitment, and board development.

Prior to her current role, Phylicia held the position of Executive Director at the Westchester County Psychology Association, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction. Her expertise in educational administration was honed during her tenure as a Continuing Education Administrator at Westchester Center for Psychological Education. Phylicia holds a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers State University of New Jersey, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and knowledge management.
